오늘날 우리는 첨단 기술에 익숙해져 살아가고 있다.

궁금한 것, 이해하고 싶은 것이 있다면 손끝을 몇 번만 움직이면 되는데,

지나친 편의에 익숙해져서인지 그 ‘손끝을 움직이는’ 동작에도 부담 혹은 귀찮음을 적잖이 느끼니 말이다.

번역에 많은 노력이 들지 않음에도,

생소한 문자는 원초적인 거리감을 조성하기 좋은 수단이다.
